Loving Spoonful

In 2020, Loving Spoonful (LS) and the Kingston Indigenous Languages Nest (KILN) will offer Re-building Indigenous Culture & Language around Good Food: Cooking in the Nest. In this program, KILN and LS bring their strengths together to create a year of Indigenous language learning for all ages around good food. Queen’s medical students will be integrated into the Cooking in the Nest program, assist with kitchen activities and program activities at the Kingston Community Health Centres. Martha’s Kitchen provides a caring place where people in need can have a nutritious meal and find the social support of a community of friends and volunteers.
